He’s had you up 6 times in the night and is now bright-eyed and bushy-tailed whilst you feel like a wrung-out dishcloth. Doesn’t he owe you a good steak and a nice glass of wine after all your troubles?

Okay, so I may have lost my figure, but not my tastebuds. Eating out is a pleasure which we indulged in on a very regular basis prior to having a baby and now, just because we always leave the house looking as if we are going on an Arctic expedition for six months, I don’t see why we have to eat in the ubiquitous burger bars which seem to be the only choice for child-friendly eating, but which are certainly not adult-friendly.

So here is the website that gives you more options for Eating Out With Kids. All entries have been submitted by real diners who have tried them personally and who are giving you their views on their own experience – if you agree or disagree, then please let us know by reviewing the restaurant yourself.

If you eat out with a child – whether it’s your own or one that you’ve borrowed for the day – then please tell us about your experience and add to our choice of restaurants who are intelligent enough to realise that kids mean adults and adults mean money.

Happy Eating!
